I present to you, Cuba's 1st Horror Film, Juan of the Dead!

Here we go.



I personally think it looks amazing. Has a very comedic charm to it while keeping its violent content. Sort of a Shaun of the Dead ripoff, but since Shaun was so great, it's definitely worth ripping off.

I love the SFX and the fact that it looks low budget while not being overly campy. It looks like this might take off imo. Wonder how this holds with the whole embargo, not like it'd matter I suppose, everything finds it's way onto the internet.

    Looks promising. Its like a 3rd world Shaun of the dead. I cant wait to see it. Everyone loves zombies, add comedy and you can count me in! :)

    This is so lame it's awesome!! Yes it does look like Shaun of teh Dead, but I screams so bad it's good.

    This is an instant must see for me, I love that they use the spectre of America to get around Cuba's ban on genre films.

    This is sweet! You should also check out Greece's first horror movie called : '' Evil '' there's also a sequel to it '' Evil in the time of heroes '' starring Billy Zane

    I want to see this. I'm not sure how much of a Shaun of the Dead rip off it is aside from the title. Really, most zombie movies have a general layout and it seems original enough. It's going on the list but I have no info on release or where to see or anything o_o

    I like it. The bery concept of this film, i find very novel and innovative. And god knows these are the qualitis that make a move great, not the special effects
